Gabala coach Roman Grigorchuk talks for post-match reaction right after the 2:0 loss to Kapaz within the 26th tour of the Azerbaijan Premier League.
“I congratulate Kapaz and their coach on their good job and great victory. The opponent were stronger than us in this tie which is the only game of the season that we lost also for a poor performance. We have to analyze it. Poor emotion and low confidence appears as one of the reasons to the loss. We were focused only on the victory that was our only target on the show. Maybe this kept us out of our best skills.
And today was Kapaz’s day that was evident with their quicker and promising attacks. We had no bad experiences with referees in the last matches. Although the pitch was not in a good form, it is out of reasons to the loss.
I would not say we regret about any change in the staff as we introduced best prepared footballers. Although mutual attacks in the closing minutes makes the show more pulsating, this is something I don’t like”.
