Gabala”s head coach Roman Grigorchuk and Rashad Sadigov have talked to media reporters just ahead of the UEFA EL match against Anderlecht (Belgium) as the red-black team are going to come on their Group C first leg tomorrow, Thursday, in Brussels. They say:
“First of all, we are thinking of playing properly on the forward line. We believe in this to drive out a good result.
We learned much about the opponent side and know their playing style. There are some many skilled individuals that we have to neutralize, which is a tough mission. I am sure we will make this pushing all their forward line back down. We know and respect the opponent team but don”t feel any fear them. Gabala have no a global task in the group stage and we are focused only on the upcoming match. Now we are expected by the match against Anderlecht and then will keep going step-bay-step again.
No matter it is hot in Belgium as we left behind really much hotter summer in Azerbaijan”
Rashad Sadygov adds:
“It is going to be really difficult game as the opponent side is Anderlecht. It is well evident that they are highly-experienced squad. They made it through many matches in UEFA Cup and Europa League group stage campaigns. But we are also promising for the victory.
We are targeting to return to Baku at least with a single point. This is our first leg in the group and have to make a good start if we are to stand for the chance of progressing into the further”.
