Gabala head coach Roman Grigorchuk talks to media reporters right after the 1:0 loss to Panathinaikos in Athens, Greece, within the 3rd Qualifying Round of the UEFA EL. The Ukrainian boss says:

“It’s impossible to be satisfied by the loss although the result was natural. The score could have been even higher as Panathinaikos were playing just as we expected. We knew they would play in this good display of good strategy and tactics.

Today, we weren’t playing in our best. We were out of our own style. This is what made me sad. The opponents were keeping the lead. But I don’t think we are unable to change the things while we are capable to play better even in this form of the team. Today, the rivals prevented us from our best display. I confess that the opponents play really well. We are still having chance to take the round although tonight show’s result. We introduce our best prepared players to every matches, so I can’t say about any changes for the return game line-up. But I’m sure we’ll play quite different from tonight show.”
