Gabala”s head coach Roman Grigorchuk talks to media reporters right after the UEFA EL away against Anderlecht (Belgium) 3:1 in the Group C. The Ukrainian skipper says:
“I congratulate the opponent side on the natural victory. They were in the full strength more than us and the things worked out on the performances. The rivals were stronger than us at every components on the show.
Our style is an attacking football as we want to keep the lead. We were all but out of our best tonight.
Gabala don”t think to change the style and will be playing as the same in the next matches, as well in the return game against Anderlecht. I hope my team will get a good progress keeping up this way.
Gabala are playing both in domestic and UEFA competitions simultaneously. The upcoming match is fixed against Mainz at home and we are targeting to give a good show to our fans.
I can”t compare Anderlecht with our other opponents as it is possible only after the analyzing them.
I told to my team that Anderlecht have no any weak point evidently except some few lacks. It was really difficult to find spaces on their defensive line. The Belgium side is quite different from their team that we watched two weeks ago. But today, they are in the full form that was well evident in the last league game. So we knew how they would play”.
