Javid Huseynov, who scored in Gabala”s 8th victory (1:0) on the trot in the 31st domestic league tour match against Khazar Lankaran, talks to gabalafc.az sharing his impression. The midfielder says:

“It was difficult match against Khazar Lankaran as it went the way we didn”t plan. We have a specific fast show style. Anyway the team could gain the win that was much important.

We could have scored in the half but we felt lack of speed. Now we will put better show in the match against Garabagh”.

Huseynov is sitting 3rd amongst top scorers of the club having 10 goals in his possession, just 3 more from beating the record. He adds:

“It does not matter for me to play in the center r defense. Although scoring my 10th, it would be hasty talk to say something about beating the record. We can think back about this again and I will tell you if I score against Garabagh in the next match. The most important is to win the last few games and progress into the European Cup.”
