Gabala took a cleansheet victory over AZAL in the 28th tour of the Topaz Premier League through 4 goals, inlcuding 2 by Javid Hüseynov. He talsk to gabalafc.az sharing his first impression rifght after the game:

“We thought it would be difficult match after last 2 victories in AZAL’s favor and Gabala were staying payback but we did not expect the result with such high scoring. We performed a good teamwork in our 5th win in a row. The team are getting better game by game and we have to keep this up”.

Huseynov hit his 30th premier league goal and 8th in the season for Gabala. He adds:

“Victory is more important than scoring for me although I come on every match just for scoring goal. I did not expect to strike double. When I transferred to Gabala, I thought about scoring only 6 goals over the season.

Now we are going to face Simurg for the next tour at home. Gabala will try and beat them to go more ahead.”
