Slovakian player Pavol Farkas is an integral part of Gabala”s last 2 victories over Sumgayit (3:1) and Araz-Nakhchivan (1:0). He talks to gabalafc.az saying:

- It was really a difficult game. The most important was 3 points we could take at the end. And it was not the all-important point on my scoring. The better is the victory the team gained. But anyway sure I am happy scoring in the winner.

- You looked much productive in the last 2 games scoring in the 1:1 draw against Sumgayit before shooting in the winner over Araz Nakhchivan. Is something going on with the midfielder in the progressing way?

- I scored both goals in standard occasions and we work much on such shots in trainings. This is our respond to tasks from coaches and the result came out as the ball came to me, I drove benefits from the chance.  

- In your all career possession, you were able to score 2 goals during one season in your best. You could do this for Nitra in 2006/07 and for Vaslui in 2008/09. Can you beat your record scoring one more for Gabala?

- First of all, I am a midfielder and should focus on the back line. The most importatnt for me it the team to gain victory, nothing else. Scoring or not, it is 3 points most important of all for me.

We still have chances of finishing the season amongst the champions. And I came to Gabala to earn awards for the club. I much believe we will be of champion teams at the end of the season.
