Gabala head coach Sanan Gurbanov talks to media reporters ahead of the return match, tomorrow, against Progres (Luxemburg) within the UEFA EL’s 1st Qualifying Round. The 38-year-old boss says:
“It’s really a down experience to lose the home match last week. Although the opponents played in a good compact and defending display, we could have changed the course of the game if could play in our best. Now it seems difficult to move to the next round after the home loss. But I still believe in my team. We want to prove our better power than Progres. The team are in good spirits and the first loss made us to focus more as a compact team. We know that Gabala are a higher level than the opponent side and we are able to hit the next round.
There will be some other changes in the staff than the last tie squad. Vojislav Stankovic is off the team because of his injury. And Javid Huseynov is too close to his line-up chance”.
