Both sides were challenged by harsh wind that was well evident with the Inter defense lost the ball, but Ermin Zec and Dodo were unable to seize on the situation. But it was Roman Grigorchuk”s team opened scoring surging from the left with Dodo who set up Eyyubov. The latter hit the woodwork and Zec kicked the return ball to finished clinically. After the goal, the home side backed on counter attacks and they kept the way up to the half-time. Gabala went too close to doubling their lead, but Eyyubov and Zec were deflected by the Inter keeper.

Gabala”s keeper Dmytro Bezotosnyi gave a great save to his teammates denying a promising header by Inter. The Ukrainian keeper canceled the home side”s leveler by Sezar. 

Oleksiy Gai could have scored Gabala”s 2nd after a corner but his header hit the post. Although some more further mutual attacks, the sides were unable to score one more and the result left the red-black squad reaching to their 8th victory and extending the points to 31. Now Gabala are sitting 4 on the league table.
