Tuday, Gabala visited Inter of Baku at the 29th-round league match, which was of all-important as the both sides played for only chance toward league rewards. 

The pace of the match started with quick inroads of Gabala forcing the home defenders to mistakes. The squad of Fatih Kavlak finally were able to draw the Inter defense into foul. After the free kick by Gabala, the home keeper denied again the Steve Olfers shot from close range, but it was Dodo then powering the ball right into the address opening the scoring in the 7th minute.

Regaining momentum after the goal by visitors, Inter equalized through Nizami Hajiyev on 25 minutes. Right six minutes later, Ibrahima Niasse slotted Inter ahead heading the ball past our keeper from a corner kick- 2:1.

Inter kept defensive display maintaining their possession in the entirely second period, when the most marked moment was a red card to Gabala captain Mahir Shukurov after two yellows in the 81st minute.
