It is not all we do on the pitch, Brard says

Gabala just have recently started to the 2013/2014 season. The club"s 9 age groups are preparing to championships for youth teams. Giving a start to his time with Gabala as the director of the Football Academy, Stanley Brard talks to gabalafc.az thinking positive about the early legs of the season. The Dutch specialist adds:

“We gave a good start to the season. Things are going just like we planned. All the teams get started with their preparations to the matches. As the groups began with their trainings only recently, I can not say anything in-depth about them. The teams are just getting in a complete set. We have some new players and coaches and we expect some more players to come. The coaching staff are working with their all joined works. As we said before, it is of our top targets".

Brard says the trainings are going during early morning as to the heats. And the training program will change after the new school year starts.

“We train early morning every day. Now the players are in their summertime. I mean they are off school now and it allows us to work with them during mornings as it is cooler then. It helps us get effective results of the proceedings. We will keep up the current program by the new school year starts. Then it will change. We run the trainings at the pitch in both our facility and Boyuk Amili village.

Things are not all at the pitch and we hold different events with all the people of the academy, Brard says:

“It is not all we do on the pitch and we make also some  meetings with players and coaching staff on different topics. We discus disciplines, physiology readiness and proper usage of the infrastructure".
