Gabala"s Jalil Jalilov earns Azerbaijan one more medal from the Youth European Judo Cup. Although he moved up to the semifinal, the judoka failed to gain the tally to the final and won his bronze. Another Gabala fighter other than Jalil was Mehman Sadigov coming on the field but he won no medals.

Just to remember, Gabala  introduced 4 fighters to the international tournament --Jalil Jalilov, Mehman Sadigov, Mardan Gadirli and Aisha Gurbanly. Only the latter gained a gold medal as Jalil earned bronze.
