Gabala Sport Club held open judo youth tournament with support by the Gabala Executive Power Office that was dedicated to 15 June -- National Salvation Day of Azerbaijan. The contest was joined by 187  judocas from 17 teams. The Tahsil (Baku) team finished on top, ahead of Gabala team. The last 3rd place was taken by the squad from Zagatala.

Sterted just newly at the club, Gabala”s judo department showed notable performance at the tournament. Samir Mirzayev can be evident to this being awarded as the most technical fighter of the contest. There are much hopes for Rail Ismayilov in our Baku section will be able to produce heroes of European championships as well as in the Gabala section of the club.
