Gabala judokas won eight medals of the Azerbaijan U23 Judo Cup as the contest reaches to the end at the Sarhadchi Idman Olympic Center. Amongst men, the red-black challengers earned three gold, two silver and three bronze medals. Ismayil İbrahimov (66 kg), Fagan Guluzadeh (81 kg) and Vasif Sharbatli (100 kg) beat their all opponents hitting the top place of the tournament. Elchin Huseynov (66 kg) and Rufat Ismayilov (90 kg) lost only their all-important matches and took silver medals. Hasil Jafarov (73 kg), Iman Yusifov (100 kg) and Jamal Feyziyev (+100 kg) achieved bronze medals.

It is worth to notice Gabala took the second place amongst all 46 clubs of all 333 challengers, including 288 men and 45 girls.
