Gabala’s Ushangi Kokauri beat Daniel Allerstorfer fighting for the Azerbaijan national team against Austria at the Baku World Judo Cup, National Gymnastics Arena. The provisional squad won the contest by 4:1 after joining the tournament from the round of 16. Then the team faced Japan side and the red-black hero, +90-kg, won over Yusei Ogawa in the round of 8 but the national squad lost the round by 2:4. Our provisional beat the Netherland side with 4:2 in the consolatory matches where Kokauri defeated to Roy Meyer. The Azerbaijan side met also Russia and Kokauri lost to Inal Tasoyev before the Northern neighbor country finished with 4:1. The national squad ended as the 5th side.

It’s worth to remember Kokauri won a silverware in a match of +100 kg and Karamat Huseynov, 60 kg, finished 5th.
