Gabala’s Vojislav Stankovic talks to gabalafc.az valuing the first ten days of the Slovenia training camp. He says:
“The preparation is going well. The team is having high spirits. We were tested by two trial games during the last ten days, and are expected by two more testing matches. Now the more important is being well prepared to the UEFA EL’s first qualifying round.
I have seen Progres’s match and I can say we are expected by a strong side in the first round. The opponent squad have been updated with 5 to 6 footballers over the summer break. I think it’s going to be a warm match between Gabala and Progres. We will have a good chance to move into the next round after the good preparation.
One of the two new transfers Sabien Lilay has come on both trial matches and I am convinced he will be a part of the team progress. And James Adeniyi came on only the second match. The Nigerian is a good footballer and will strengthen the forward line after some more training. Gabala will get stronger with these transfers”.
