Gabala are keeping the reinforcement with one more transfer Muammer Erdogdu, who has been kicking the ball in the Azerbaijan Premier League since 2008. After signing one-year contract with Gabala, the Turkish defender is now in Gabala city joining trainings ahead of the next season start.

Muammer took his first step into professional football career with Galatasaray in 2007. Then he was transferred to Khazar-Lenkoran for 2008-2009 before moving to Turan in the second half of the season to play for them up to the end of the 2010-2011 period. He even finished the last season, too, in the club of Tovuz after a short break with the first half of 2011-2012 when he played for Kapaz.
