Gabala are keeping up the update in the first team with Vugar Nadirov playing for the Azerbaijan provisional squad. The forward, 28, stuck a deal with the red-black side to play up to the late 2015. He turned up for locally-based Garabagh (2001-2005, 2009-2015), Khazar Lankaran (2005-2008), Masally (2008) and Karvan (2008-2009).

Transferring to Khazar Lankaran since summer 2015, Nadirov scored 4 in his all 61 appearances for the national team.
