Ibrahima Niasse from Senegal signs for Gabala until the season end. The 31-year-old midfielder was a part of the red-black team in the season 2013/14 when we won the bronze of the Azerbaijan Premier League and reached to the domestic cup final, too. The overseas footballer had played for Switzerland’s  Xamax (2008-11) and Azerbaijan’s Inter (2012-14) before joining Gabala. After ending his time for Gabala, he fielded also for Rusia’s Mordoviya (2014-15), Romania’s Konkordiya (2016), India’s Odisha (2016), Greece’s Levadiakos (2017-18) and Morocco’s Raja Casablanca (2018).

Ibrahima scored one goal in his all 35 appearances for Gabala. He came on 29 league matches (with one goal) and six cup games.
