Gabala made 3 transfers from Inter Baku this summer
Vladimir Levin, Ibrahima Niasse and Nizami Hajiyev. The latter, 25-year-old midfielder, played for Olympic (Baku), Khazar Lankaran, MOIK (Baku) and Inter (Baku) during his all football career. Besides, he played for Azerbaijan U19, U21 and first team. Nizami talks to gabalafc.az about his new club.
- "I got some offers from both domestic and foreign clubs. But it was Gabala trusting and satisfying me most. It was not financial interest drawing my attention to this club but the trust of Gabala on me. Two Polish clubs felt interested on my".
-- What makes Gabala different for you?
- "I say this again, I felt better trust from Gabala, and this is well evident as they help my injury. I underwent surgery on my leg, but now I feel better. I attend all training and things are going well. "He is well experienced running trainings in system. The exercises are hard but we have to hold on".
How do you feel with your new teammates?
- "I played for Inter Baku with Levin and Niasse for two years. The rest of the squad are very hospitable and warm people.
We are as strong as other medal promising teams and I think we will reach to the targets of Gabala that includes of strong players and good coach".
