The break in both Azerbaijan Premier League and First Division extends to April 14 as the Coronavirus pandemic outbreak is growing more across the world.
The Professional Football League of the country has ordered on the issue after the local government announced lockdown of mass events, as well as sport tournaments during March 14 to April 14. If the restrictions end on April 14, the league governing body of the state will discuss the real-time situation before announcing the date of the restart.
Just to notice, UEFA held online meeting yesterday and suggested to end up all leagues until June 30. We think this is possible to restart and end-up the season’s Premier League and First Division games in Azerbaijan.
