They underwent practical trainings on grass at the Turk Telekom Arena and Recep Tayyip Erdogan Stadium. Our club members say this experience will play a significant role both in their future careers and in keeping up Gabala"s pitches in a perfect form. “We left to Turkey on the invitation of Philip Sharples, who formerly worked for FC Gabala and now is acting in Istanbul. We have had a work practices at the Turk Telekom Arena and Recep Tayyip Erdogan Stadium, where Galatasaray play. We took a close look at the equipments and how they operate in those pitches. It was really interesting to get in-depth details about artificial lighting, to see the way it works and also affects well on the grass of the TT Arena. A special cover for grass was exceptional indeed. It is used after scattering seeds and really helps them to grow faster.

Philip Sharples helped us to learn some secrets of this profession. He also let us get a general information about up-to-date lawn care products. I believe the practice we got from this trip will play a great role in our future career and also will drive benefits FC Gabala”.
