President of the Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev awarded SC Gabala’s Bakhtiyar Abbasov after his speech at the Sport Results 2016 ceremony held at the National Olympic Committee. Among other awarded athletes and sport figures of the year, Abbasov has been presented a honorary diploma of the National Olympic Committee President for his special long period efforts on the progress of Non-Olympic sports in Azerbaijan. A number of athletes and sport figures have also been handed over certificates of new apartments by the Mr.President in regarding their outstanding achievments. The event was joined also by Gabala taekwondo challenger Milad Beigi Harchegani, boxer Kamran Shahsuvarly and coach Anar Mammadov.
