Gabala and Qarabagh are in action for the 25th tour match of the Azerbaijan Premier League Sunday at the Tofig Bahramov Stadium. The leaders of the tournament are going to meet for the last tie of the league season before their next match on May 5 for the domestic cup final.

Pre-Match Statistics:

- Both sides won home matches by two goals. Gabala, coached by Roman Grigorchuk, beat the opponents with 2:0 in both 7th and 9th tour games.

- Qarabagh won the 13th tour match by 2:1.

- In all the three ties of the season, the red-black side scored goals and Filip Ozobich appears more productive. The top scorer of the championship score in all the three ties with Qarabagh.

- It is going to be the 42nd experience between the teams after their first-ever tie in the season of 2006/07.

- The all ties include 35 league games and six cup events. Qarabagh goes ahead by sixteen victories as Grigorchuk’s team are having ten. There are also fifteen draws.

- Totally, 89 goals were scored in the 41 matches and the goal to be scored in Baku is going to be registered as the 90th.

- Gabala’s first goal in the next tie will be fortieth as the team from Aghdam scored 50.
 
- All the 35 league games went with 80 goals including 34 by Gabala and 46 by Qarabagh. The red-black side won nine games and lost sixteen, also shared ten draws.
 
- This is going to be our 21st away after four victories, seven draws and nine losses. In all the outing games, Gabala scored 16 goals and conceded 27.
 
- Gabala’s all 39 goals were scored by 25 footballers.

- Dodo scored more than any other Gabala footballers with 5 goals. He is followed by Victor Mendy (with 4), Filip Ozobic and Sergei Zenjov (both with 3), Ugor Melnik, Kanan Karimov and Samir Zargarov (all with two), and there are other 17 players with one goal, as well as one own goal by Qarabagh’s Namig Alasgarov.
