Azerbaijan’s Gabala carate challenger Rafael Ağayev (75 kg) has been awarded with Grand Winners of 2019 by the the World Karate Federation. This is his next experience as one of the best of the word. The award was presented to challengers in different weights by the WKF President Antonio Espinos and Karate1 Premier League’s Paris stage organizer, Fransis Didier, who is also the President of the French Karate Federation.
