SC Gabala strikes its first gold medal from the 1st European Games 2015 with karateist Rafael Aghayev. The 75-kg gained the tittle of the champion beating Italian Luici Bus 1:0 in the final match. The gold medal was presented him by Azerbaijan”s First Lady and chairman of the Baku-2015 1st European Games Organizing Committee Mehriban Aliyeva.

It is worth to remind another karateist Niyazi Aliyev, 67 kg, earned Gabala a bronze medal before Aghayev.
