FC Gabala is keeping the development of the club staff signing with former Gabala head coach Ramiz Mammadov. After 2-year break, the 44-year-old specialist is named to the post of Sports Director, something new one in Gabala.

Cast your mind back to the end of the 2009/2010 season, when Mammadov left Gabala after his four years at the helm of the team.

He was appointed to this post during the 2006/2007 season and gradually became the one introducing his team to 100 league and 18 cup matches, most of all other coaches.
