Gabala substitutes won 3:1 over Sumgayit in a postponed match of the Reserves League’s third tour.
The red-black side, coached by Huseyngulu Guliyev, started faster to the home match. This led to early goals by Ramil Hasanov and Ehtiram Shahverdiyev before the visiting side fed one back with penalty going more into the first period.
After the restart, only one goal was scored in the closing minute when Shahverdiyev sealed in his double. The result reached Gabala to their fourth win on the trot and to the first place of the league table again after the last season they finished on top. The red-black team are going ahead of Qarabagh on some other marks although the sides are having the same points.
