Gabala”s head coach Dorinel Munteanu feels deep regret about the 2:3 defeat to Simurg in the home match within the 13th tour of the Topaz Premier League. He says:

“Firstly, I apologize to fans for being unable to show them victory. It is me responsible to the result as I set the line-up. The result is not our best and I feel guilty today. I think Gabala could have taken the victory but we gave some mistakes in the individual plan.

Although Ruslan Abishov was clear in the half, he allowed some faults over the second period. We should have given chances to Ruslan Abishov, Mushfig Teymurov, Ruslan Taghizadeh and Rafael Santos in the defensive line as we had no options”.
