Minsk of Belarus hosted World Sambo Cup on 11 to 13 February 2015, which was joined by fighters from 18 countries, as well as Azerbaijan including Gabala”s 3 women. Two of our female heroes have been awarded with medals at the Minsk Sport Palace. Shahana Huseynova with 60 kg and Narmina Alizadeh with 68 kg finished 3rd of the championship.

It is worth to remind both fighters, also Farida Gurbanova, earned a silver medal in Almaty of Kazakhstan for the previous stage of the contest, are the most possible candidates of Azerbaijan to the 1st European Games to be held June 2015, in Baku.
