SC Gabala has signed one-year deal with Sadig Guliyev produced by the Gabala Football Academy. The 24-year-old defender came on his debut league match in Gabala over the years 2012-2015 and played for the red-black team also over the season 2016/17. He appeared in thirteen league events, three cup and one Europa League matches. He played only for Zira as another team other than Gabala over the seasons 2015/16 and 2016/19.

He came on 74 league matches altogether and played also for the national teams of U17, U19, U21 and U23. Guliyev comes as the second transfer over the preseason window after Kamal Mirzayev.
