Gabala gave end to the deal with head coach Yuri Semin with the mutual decision made after the final cup match against Neftchi. Both Semin and the club administration discussed the possibilities of extending the contract time. After long thinking over the choice for last period, the Russion coach suggested his offer resolution to leave the club, saying:

"It was really a difficult season and it will be hard for me to make the team regain their form and get ready to the European Cup games. I need to have some period of break. Thanks to the team, fans and club administration for their warm support and wish them best results both in the Eurocup and the next league season”.

And it is SC Gabala appreciating Semin on his successful mission for the first team during the 2013-2014 season and wishing all the bests in the future of his career.

It is really worth to remember Yuri as the first-ever coach being able to reach Gabala up to the European Cup matches in all 9 years of the club.
