On April 17, the Topaz Premier League awarded the best players of the contest for next time after the events of December, February and March. One of the highlighted footballers is Danijel Subotic, 24 year-old, coming out as the best player of December. The Gabala hero hit his first award in his debut season.
It is also Gabala"s second tally in the season after Yannick Kamanan trusted as the best player of the month in 2012. But Danijel was unable to join the awarding ceremony at the Fairmont Baku Hotel as he is in Gabala with the team.
Organizers of the event - head of the Azerintelekt Administration Ahmat Sezar and chairman of the Professional Football League"s Technical Sports Department Zamig Haseynov gave the cup and
1500 manats to Gabala"s press secretary Anar Hajiyev to take the award to the player.
Following other winners, the scorer of the best goal in December appeared AZAL"s American forward John Oluremi.
And Garabagh"s Brazilian striker Reynaldo dos Santos was estimated with both awards in February and with the tally of the best player in March.
PFL is running vote for the nominates of April amongst up to 40 sports journalists.
