Gabala coach Elmar Bakhshiyev talks for a post-match reaction right after the 1:1 draw against Qarabagh in the 8th tour of the Azerbaijan Premier League. The 38-year-old skipper says:

“Qarabagh are a brand club. We knew the match would go difficultly. But we were focused on this match in our weekly training program and planned our tactics against Qarabagh. I thinks we were able to drive our plan on the show. And it was a natural draw. We as coaches see how the team are growing day by day.

We came on a trial match within the preparations where we saw the plan was going right then, too. Although we still didn’t change anything, the team seem regaining their confidence and they believe each other, too. Our job is to bring the team to matches in their best form and this is a success gained by the footballers. They come on the pitch with a great motivation and passion when they know the opponent side is Qarabagh and they want to show their value once again”.
