Gabala coach Sanan Gurbanov talks for a post-match reaction right after the 1:1 trial match against Zira. The 39-year-old skipper says:

“It was a good match against a league team at the end of the preparations’ first stage started on June 17. It was a good material for us, as well as good experience for the footballers. Our team were good at the pitch and their performance satisfied me.

New transfers, who were produced by the Gabala Football Academy, played against a league side for their firs experience ever. Some footballers were anxious but we know their potential as they were produced ahead of our eyes. But they still need to have more training and work on themselves to become a senior team player. They will progress into better form gradually. And it’s gratifying thay the young footballers are promising players”.
