Things are going into better days, physiotherapist Maharramov says

"The purpose on break for players is to give them rest and let them stay off stress of football. Sure it is vital to protect them from overweighting during the break to keep them in a good form. Taking this into account, we put some individual tasks on all footballers. Injured players are under medical control and some of them are already back to the drills. Amirjanov and Victor Mendy are training amongst the staff. But Ekigho Ehiosun and Pavol Farkas are taking individual exercises” – says SC Gabala”s physiotherapist Rahim Maharramov to gabalafc.az. He makes us sure things are progressing into better days with some muscle strengthening proteins.

Maharramov adds: “ It is not understatement to see players with overweight after break. But it is not so much essential problem as they can lose it in a short period of training.

Now we focused on strengthening muscles by proteins and put their physical development into better way. Things are going into better days".
