Gabala’s head coach Roman Grigorchuk talks for post-match reaction after the 2:1 loss to Sumgayit in the last 28th tour of the Azerbaijan Premier League. The Ukrainian skipper says:
“It was good that the match was not a significant event in the tournament table and it was a good chance to field those players who performed not much during the season.
Our mind is not focused on Filip Ozobich’s chance of top scorer title now as we think about the all team. Also it is not a good fact that a player becomes a top scorer through eleven goals. I would not wish to see my player having this title with a poor possession of goals.
I analyzed our all past 27 matches of the season and figured out that there were 142 real-chance occasions that we failed to score. And I gathered these facts also about every single player. Ozobich could make us proud if he drew benefits from half or one third of his all occasions”.
