Bunlar Rashad Sadigov, Tellur Mutallimov and Elvin Jamalov are going to play for the Azerbaijan national U23 football team in the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games as head coach Yashar Vahabzadeh revealed the staff list. With the start on May 8, the provisional squad will play against Kamerun, Saudi Arabia and Morocco. Azerbaijan will come on first against Kamerun.

The rules of the tournament allow every team to field three over 13 footballers.
