Gabala U17 have reached to the top award of the domestic League Tournament after beating Khazar Lankaran 9:2. It was well evident two tours before when the red-black side defeated Sumgayit to move their points up to 63, which maked difference from Neftchi as much as 8 points.

Firstly about the final match of the contest, which run under heavy rain. The lead was on the Gabala side that ended with the highest-scoring against Khazar Lankaran. Gabala”s victory was earned by goals from Ehtiram Shahverdiyev (6), Sahil Mirzayev and Vazir Musayev. The final goal was own goal by Khazar Lankaran.

Right after the match, the champions were awarded with their cup and medals. Azerbaijan”s football governing body AFFA gifted Gabala U17 one week training camp in Turkey.

Gabala”s Ehtiram Shahverdiyev was presented a special cup as the best shooter of the league for his 44 goals altogether.
