Gabala 17 are going to leave to Italy for the championship of Mario Maggioni – Walter – Richi organized by A.S.D. Borgaro 1965 of the country. To be held in Turin, the tournament will go on from 3 to 6 April with 12 teams playing in 3 groups.
Under the lead of head coach Ramin Guliyev and assistant coach Emin Imamaliyev, Gabala”s youth with IFK Goteborg from Swede are only two overseas teams amongst the all Italian squads in the championship.

The red-black side will face A.S.D. Borgaro 1965, Sampdoria and Parma in the A group. And the B group includes Juventus (Turin), Hellas (Verona), Genoa and Cuneo as the C group was made up by Atalanta, Goteborg (Sweden), Torino (Turin) and Rappresentativa Regionale Piemonte.

Gabala will come on their first leg against Sampdoria at 13:45 AZST on Friday. Our young team are expected to meet Parma for the following day before their last game in the group against A.S.D. Borgaro 1965.

It is worth to notice the championship of Mario Maggioni – Walter – Richi is reaching to its 36th year being joined by world famous teams in its record path.
