Gabala"s head coach Yuri Semin talks right after the Monday testing match against Spartak from Kazakhstan within the Antalya training camp in Turkey:
“The Spartak game differs from the earlier matches as we played better. This links to better playing skills. Anyway, we keep up our tasks and the result does not matter for us. We keep going with the physical trainings. The team trained early this morning and played in evening. We provided young players opportunity to prove themselves fitting to the first team. We still have some players being not fully prepared. They are Leonardo da Silva and Abdulwaheed Afolabi. They also got chance to show themselves better”.
Semin added Gabala are expected to face also Volga and Torpedo from Russia to develop the exact staff of the Gabala first team ahead of the second period league season.
