Gabala coach Sanan Gurbanov talks to media reporters right after the 2I1 victory on Keshla in the 12th minute of the Azerbaijan Premier League. The 38-year-old boss says:
“We had prepared to the match really well and worked on the last mistakes. There is progress in Keshla after Tarlan Ahmadov’s transfer. I’m happy my team are able to respond to my tasks. We wanted to be playing in attacking more but not defending. So we had to be strong against the opponents’ counter attacks in this performance.
I congratulate the Gabala players and fans. We could have won with more goals tonight but missed some chances again and this is tied to haste playing. We could failed into down feelings if we lost this game after all, so we are really happy to win the match.
James Adeniyi is in a good form now, but there are some footballers to replace him, too. We'll give a chance again to those showing their value in the trainings”.
